Concerns about the layers within the steel!
The knife has multiple layers of thin steel throughout the knife! Why? Will it be as strong as advertised? Please convince me that it will!

Love the handle, sheath, and retention of the kydex. However, I am not a fan of the concave edges, they make for difficult sharpening on a flat whet stone. Easy remedy over time though. Over all great knife!

These 2 survival knives- The Hero and The Cross Border - are both built like a SHARP TANK and will last well beyond mine and my son's lifetime & then some.
